Reception 2024 Useful Information

We are looking forward to your child joining Cradle Hill in September 2024.

We know this will be an exciting experience for all. This page will have plenty of useful information and details for you to help plan and prepare for your child's start at school.

Stay and Play Sessions

Children are invited to come into school on the following dates. This is a great opportunity for them to play, explore our great Reception area and meet the Reception team. Parents are asked to drop their children and collect them an hour later.

These sessions are organised by the child's Nursery; please see below the timings for these sessions. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact the school office.

Gates open at 8.35am
Wednesday 11th September Summer and Spring born am 8.45-11.50

Friday 13th September Summer and Spring born and stay for lunch 8.45-1pm
Autumn born all day 8.45-3.15pm
Gates open at 8.35am and 3.05pm

All in full time 8.45-3.15pm

Useful Information

School opening times:

The main/back school gates open at 8.35am for school to start at 8.45am.

The main/back school gates open at 3.05pm for school collection at 3.15pm.
