At Cradle Hill we strongly believe that all children should have positive support for their mental health and well being.  This page outlines resources and useful guides for parents and carers.

My Voice Matters - Mental Health Tips for Parents

East Sussex Mental Health Support team provide support and advice for young people, parents and carers. 

 We are pleased to inform you that the MHST team can now be found on social media! Social media has become an increasingly important way of reaching out to young people.

Their main aim is share self-help resources and information on mental health and wellbeing, from their own team and other relevant organisations.

The Mental Health Support team will also share content for parents when appropriate, but hopefully parents and carers will find all the content helpful.
