Year 6 Mayan Day
Dear Parents and Carers,
Due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, sadly we are not able to plan any school trips this term. However we are still really keen to bring alive the children’s learning in a fun and engaging way. As part of our topic next term ‘The Mayans’, we will be hosting a special Mayan Day for Year 6 on Thursday 12th November 2020.
Year 6 will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in all things Mayan including creating art, making and tasting foods and experiencing Mayan music. We also have the exciting opportunity to watch a special show by performer Marcus Dilly from Creative Education.
To run the day, we are asking for a voluntary contribution of £5 per child. This will cover the cost of materials for the day and the special performance show.
Consent and payment for the visit can now be made online through our WisePay system by either using the following link, or by logging into your WisePay account via the app or school website –

Once logged in click on the Trip and Visit image. The Year 6 Mayan Day information will be displayed. Please log on and complete this by Friday 6th November 2020.
