Cradle Hill Community Primary School

Year 1 Visit to Friston Forest

As part of our project on plants, we are planning a trip to Friston Forest for a ‘Wild day in the Woods’ on Thursday 16th May. We will be travelling by coach, which will leave school at 9.15am and return to school at approximately 3pm.

The cost of this trip is £16.00, which covers the cost of the ‘Wild day in the Woods’ experience with trained Education Officers, coach hire and school journey insurance cover. Consent and payment for the trip can now be made online through our WisePay system by either clicking on the following link, or by logging into your WisePay account via the app –

Once logged in click on the Trip and Visit image.  The Year 1 Friston Forest Trip information will be displayed. Please log on and complete this by Monday 29th April. If you experience any difficulties logging in to WisePay, please contact the school office, who can issue activation codes or reset your password.

If you are able to volunteer with your child’s class, please indicate online at the payment screen. Children will require a packed lunch on this day in a plastic bag (so these can be thrown away after lunch), no glass bottles please. Please indicate online if you would like the school to provide a packed lunch as part of the universal free school meals scheme.

School uniform will not be required, but we would recommend appropriate clothing and a waterproof jacket or suncream, depending on the weather.

In the event of there being insufficient contributions, the trip will not be able to go ahead. If you have any questions about any aspect of the visit, please do not hesitate to speak to us.

 Yours sincerely,
